Virtually everything with this merchant was excellent. Prices were reasonable, I felt like I had quite a few choices on how to get my purchase delivered. The process was easy, and when I called into customer service with my only problem (delivery), they were extremely helpful. On the subject of the delivery, it took much longer than the option I paid for said. However, I ordered the item during the christmas season which, most assuredly, added to the extended time.
