Airsoft support: In order to better service our customers, we offer full support for our airsoft products such as upgrades and repairs. We also offer full service and warranty for most of our products. For Classic Army, TM, Echo1, or any other name brands please call support at 626-203-6962. For TM clones and JG (Jing Gong) products please call our tech support line at 626-203-6962. Keep in mind the support we offer do not include any physical damage to the products that was from result of play, and that we do not support any free accessories that come with the airsoft product such as straps, and bb loader. As those are just for looks and something extra and are not a part of the product we have list for sale.

Please note this chart is a basic chart, and some larger items are subject for shipping adjustment. And most items have a fix rate for shipping of $5.95. All items are sent by Priority mail, First class or UPS ground. Most item arrive 2-3 working days after shipping.

Import-Action.com is not responsible for the use and handeling of toys. Please remember to use the toys safely, we will not be liable for any injuries that may occur as a result from improper use of these toys. We are only responsible for the selling of products, not what you do with it. Our products are delivered by ground shipping and takes about 3 business days to arrive at your door. We have a 10-day refund policy, meaning that if, for any reason, you are unhappy with the product after receiving it, we will fully refund your order (excluding shipping & handling fees). After the 10 days, we will assume that the item is to your satisfaction and will not allow further refunds. If a mistake has been made on the buyer's part, there will be a 25% charge for restocking fee and shipping and handling will not be refunded. Customer satisfaction is a priority. If you are unhappy about the product(s) or have anything of concern, please let us know by e-mailing us at supportinfo@animespectrum.com and we will try our best to address it.

When our registration/order form asks users to enter sensitive information (such as credit card number and/or social security number), that information is encrypted and is protected with the best encryption software in the industry - SSL. While on a secure page, such as our order form, the lock icon on the bottom of Web browsers such as Netscape Navigator and Microsoft Internet Explorer becomes locked, as opposed to un-locked or open, when you are just surfing.

While we use SSL encryption to protect sensitive information online, we also do everything in our power to protect user-information off-line. All of our users information, not just the sensitive information mentioned above, is restricted in our offices. Only employees who need the information to perform a specific job (for example, our billing clerk or a customer service representative) are granted access to personally identifiable information. Our employees must use password-protected screen-savers when they leave their desk. When they return, they must re-enter their password to re-gain access to your information. Furthermore, ALL employees are kept up-to-date on our security and privacy practices.
